I am currently working as ball mill operator at Maple leaf cement, which include process operation, report generation and team mangement as per company's policy. 
My prime duty is to monitor equipment to ensure the quality, efficiency and safety of the plant. 
I suppervoise staff members and coordinate maintenance efforts to ensure controls instruments are working properly. 
Keep close coordination with services department and also handle trouble shooting in field.
I also perform other administrative tasks such as recording process results and other data about plant's operations. 

Control automatic equipments.Adjust pannel controls to maintain temprature limits,combustion air, furnace pressure, layer thickness.
Observes perameters, dails, charts and turns switches to adjust air, fuel, burner flame, water pressure and furnace temrature.
Observe color or float glass through furnace and read guages.
Make adjustments on equipment to correct deviations from specificationsMantain the melting quality of glass.
Complete daily work sheets, loog book, forms and production data.
Ensure the machines and tools are in good working order.

Operate mechines to bleach, shrink, wash, dye or finish textile or synthetic.
Key in processing instructions to programe electronic equipment.
Weight ingredients to be mix togather for use in textile processing.
Adjust equipment controls to mantain specified heat, tension and speed.
Adjust temprature, steam pressure and cold or hot water.
Examine and feel products to identify defects and veriations from coloring and other processing standerds.
Moniter fectors such as tempratures and dye flow rates to ensure that they are with in specified ranges.
Observe display screens, control panels, equipment and cloth entering or exiting processes to determine if equipment is operating correctly.
